Freeway II screen misting
solution available from all Freeway II Service Agents from

We are aware of reports that there have been some incidents in
certain weather conditions of the screen misting on the Freeway
II golf trolley. We have investigated the problem and I am
pleased to report that we have a reliable solution.
The fix will be available from all Freeway II Service Agents
from Friday 7th May 2010 and involves the replacement of the
upper and lower handles. The repair should take no more than 25
minutes to complete and will be done without charge under
warranty. Should you wish to have the fix installed on your
trolley please take it to your local service agent, or to the
retailer from whom you made the purchase and the necessary
arrangements will be made.
If you have already had an unsuccessful screen mist fix to your
trolley PowaKaddy would like to offer you an alternative service
option of collecting your trolley from either your home or from
the retailer where you made your purchase and we will make the
repair here at PowaKaddy. Please note that our turnaround time
from collection to return is 1 week.
Trolleys from serial number AW2023445 onwards have had the
fix applied in production.
